Mark Scourse | Director
Mark has more than 15 years of experience in the aviation industry and has worked for a leading manufacturer, an international airport and a commercial services provider.
After graduating in Physics from the University of Nottingham in 1997, Mark started his career at Airbus in Bristol and Toulouse, working on the early stages of the economic case for the A380 (then A3XX) project. In 2003 he returned to the UK to work for Birmingham Airport in the route development and marketing department, leading a team of analysts in the promotion of the airport to international airlines. Whilst at Birmingham Mark was also responsible for delivering the long-term business plan: forecasting aeronautical and commercial revenues and integrating these with cost and capex to produce an overall view of the business profitability for shareholders. He also studied part-time for an MBA in International Business from the University of Birmingham.
Next Mark took on a role as Business Development Director for 3Sixty, a digital marketing agency based in Bristol. His role was to advise airport clients such as Bristol and Leeds on how to commercialise their online activity and improve ancillary revenues, particularly from online car parking.
Since joining RDC Aviation Mark has worked on a wide range of consultancy projects such as investment proposals and route development plans. He is also responsible for advising on how our range of products can be complemented with consultancy to maximise their value to our clients.
