Dec 04, 2019

Charlotte Rendle, Head of Partnerships at RDC Aviation, has been elected Co-Chair of the Associate Members Advisory Council (AMAC) Technology Sub Committee at the European Business Aviation Association (EBAA)

Charlotte has been a member of both the EBAA (www.ebaa.org) and National Business Aviation Association (www.nbaa.org) for several years. She was invited to join EBAA’s AMAC committee in early 2018 and subsequently made co-chair of the Technology Committee.

As co-chair, Charlotte will serve to support the organisational and management duties associated with the AMAC technology committee as well as serve as part of the AMAC Board in conjunction with her co-chair Paolo Sommariva. Charlotte leads the committee with Paolo Sommariva, in helping to “elevate the availability and practicality of technology, automation and data” with a specific goal of ensuring that EBAA members are fully aware of all of the current technology systems and platforms available, their uses and benefits and to enable everyone to enjoy the benefits of advancements in technology within their business, may that be small, medium or large.

“I am honoured to have been chosen by my fellow committee members to help lead the AMAC Technology committee and continue to foster the strong relationship between the associate members and EBAA. The Associate Member Advisory Council is an integral part of the greater organisation which facilitates dialogue and debate on key issues that impact the broader business aviation community. As a member of EBAA, I hope to help showcase the benefits of business aviation in Europe and the far-reaching benefits that are derived by having technology as an integral part of any members company, whatever the size.”

Athar Husain Khan, EBAA Secretary-General said, “ As an association, our members are the foundation of everything we do. AMAC is the bridge between EBAA and its associate members, it serves as an incubator for projects that bring added value to the business aviation sector. We look forward to the valuable input Charlotte and AMAC will provide, elevating the work we do to create opportunities and enable sustainable growth for our members.
