Senior .NET Developer – Technical Lead

RDC Aviation is seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer to join our growing development team in a Technical Lead capacity. In this hands-on leadership role, you will mentor and coach our backend engineers, shape engineering standards and best practices, and contribute directly to our C#/.NET codebase — all while helping to drive the technical direction of a business at an exciting point in its journey.
