AirportCharges is the world’s leading source of airport charges data covering over 3,000 airports globally. PDC have integrated this data into their GroundCost software platform for Sunclass Airlines, to enhance internal processes and reduce time spent researching charges.
We are delighted to announce our collaboration with PDC for the inclusion of RDC’s airport charges data directly into the PDC GroundCost system. This involves the integration of a highly customised dataset and API feed to solve several key customer problems. Future API enhancements are planned with the embedding of original airport charges documents. We look forward to working with PDC to develop a unique market leading solution based around a complete package of RDC AirportCharges services.

We are excited to be working with RDC to provide Airport Charges data into our GroundCost software. RDC has implemented a new API access to their dataset of always up-to-date airport rates. This has allowed an almost seamless “plug’n’play use of rates from RDC into PDC Groundcost charge models. The API is developed for easy and always up-to-date maintenance of charges cross platforms from RDC to subscribing charge model(s). We look forward to further phases of our collaboration with RDC integrating both further charge models and live data for our AODB solution.

Sunclass is delighted to have been involved at the start of the PDC / RDC ‘airport charges’ collaboration which meant we were able to provide valuable input into the final solution. The new functionality has saved a lot of work manually copying data and is being used for monthly accruals as well as forecasting and budgeting.
