In March 2025, RDC Aviation and Awery Aviation Software (Awery) announced a strategic partnership which enabled Awery's clients to seamlessly access RDC’s airport charges data for over 3,000 airports from within Awery’s ERP software platform. Today’s announcement will now enable Awery clients to access en-route charges as well as airport charges data directly from the Awery platform.
Overflight fees or en-route air navigation charges are paid by airlines and aircraft operators when flying through a country's airspace.
This enhanced integration will provide Awery customers with:
- Calculation of en-route charges for routes using great circle distance or (optionally) with waypoints for more accuracy
- Ability to compare the cost across any combination of airline, aircraft and routing
- Aggregation of en-route charges of a flight sector based on fees charged by the individual Air Navigation Service Providers (ANSPs)
- Increased speed and accuracy of quoting from directly within the Awery ERP software platform
- Invoice reconciliation checks by integrating charging data into in-house billing systems for automated cost comparisons
Following the integration of RDC's Airport Charges data into our ERP platform earlier this year, the addition of en-route charges data was the obvious next step in making sure our customers have access to real-time, critical information. This partnership will enhance our clients route costing ability, helping them to save valuable time.

We are delighted Awery Aviation Software has chosen to integrate our en-route charges data. The combination of our airport charges and en-route charges data provides aircraft operators with the ultimate solution for route costing.
