The annual user survey, which is sent to every active user of an RDC product, is a vital part of the continuous development programme at the company and feeds directly into the development priorities for the coming year.
Across both platforms, users really rated the usability, speed and reliability of the products and how both platforms provide users with all the information they need in one location. On Apex, users loved the ability to get quick and easy insights from the platform, especially in relation to comparing fare performance between airports and airlines, or to understand the estimate profit which airlines are achieving, helping users understand growth opportunities. For our AirportCharges users, they loved the frequent updates on airport charges and newsletters informing them of new incentives which airports are offering during these difficult times, as well as the ability to quickly understand and compare charges at more than 3,000 airports around the world.
